This Privacy Policy explains how VaultEdge collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the platform, website, subscriptions, billing, training, and prediction features.
VaultEdge is operated from Yerevan, Armenia and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and card details are handled by them rather than by us. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
We may collect account details, billing details, usage activity, uploaded data metadata, support communications, security logs, and technical information necessary to operate the service.
We use data to provide the service, manage subscriptions, process billing, monitor security, improve performance, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Where required by GDPR or similar laws, our processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where applicable, including cookie consent for optional technologies.
We use necessary cookies for authentication, session continuity, security, and site functionality. Optional cookies, if introduced, are subject to consent choices presented through the cookie banner.
We may work with trusted providers for hosting, payments, infrastructure, email delivery, and support operations. These providers only receive data needed to perform their role.
We keep data only as long as necessary for service delivery, security, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
The files you upload and the models trained from them belong to you. They are stored against your own subscription, are never pooled with another customer's data, and are never used to train a shared or public model.
You can see what you are storing at any time from your account, and you can delete an upload once training has finished, or delete a model and its data together. Deleting removes the stored object; backups are cycled out on their normal schedule.
If you connect an AI Brain to a model, it is used to run the conversation, not to read your data: it receives the model's description and the names of its input fields so it knows what to ask for, and the prediction runs on your own trained model. Your uploaded rows are never sent to it. The messages typed into a chat are sent to the AI provider in order to answer them, and if you connect your own provider key that traffic goes directly to your provider instead of through ours.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, billing, and service data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents appropriately.
